I have a problem with writing to microstation tag

I want to write the tag to a different level than the cell

I use microstation V8i and my input is shape

Hi @bob123

would you have a sample of the desired output? As far as I know, you don't have control over tag level in MicroStation, so I assume tags are always written on the level of their feature... unless levels are not applicable to tags at all.
