How do I convert DWG to IMDF?

Hi

I have an AucoCAD dwg file and tried to follow the "Converting CAD dataset to IMDF: Part 1".

When I use the and I always get Test failed in Tester(Keep only Xref features).

I am not a civil engineer, and get this dwg file from design company.

Really need some tips or comment to help me fix this problem.
