how can I import IFCPROPERTYSINGLEVALUE ( set into an IFC file) to a geodatabase ?

I would like to convert an IFC file to a geodatabase, with all properties. The transformer "Geometryfilter" is really good to convert the model to multipatch, but I can find how to get data set in the "IFCPROPERTYSINGLEVALUE" to my geodatabe, consequently the values present in this field are missing in the exported geodatabase.Thanks for your help!
