I'm updating FME server to 2018 and I find no way to get access to all schedules in general. If another user creates a new schedule I need to get in to the security settings to get access. Is there no way to always see all schedules created?

The user you are using to log-in to the FME Server should have a privilege to access Schedules. Please contact the administrator (superuser) of the FME Server to ask if they can add the privilege to you.

I am the admin and I still need to go in to the setting and tick every individual schedule.

Do you have the fme_admin or the fme_superuser role associated with your username?
