ESRI personel Geodatabase(mdb) file to ArcSDE

hi,

I am working on CAD to geodatabase: for which I will have .mdb(esri pgdb) as output, can I check how do I create a modal to push this mdb file into ArcSde, such that every time I run this modal it will append the new data. This will help me convert the data for different areas and migrate them in ARCSDE.
