Hello,

I'm trying to convert a 4-channel Geotiff to a 4-channel ECW. Unfortunately I always lose the fourth channel (in my case the IR channel). As far as I know, the ECW format supports the multi-channel system.

After I had another problem at the beginning, which I could solve with the workaround described in https://knowledge.safe.com/questions/81297/ecw-writer-this-format-does-not-support-writing-th-1.html, I haven't yet found a way to integrate my fourth channel into the ECW file. Is this possible with FME and if so, how do I do it?

Enclosed still with current attempt.

Thanks a lot for your help

You'll need to convert to RGBA16 instead of RGBA64, but even then I can't seem to get an alpha channel across from a GeoTiff to an ECW. Hope this is still helpful in some way.
