I've tested in Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 this morning and could not reproduce the issue. Can someone else confirm this has been resolved?

I can access both the 2018 beta downloads and the change log (in Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)).
If either of you notice the issue again, would you please note the day and time of occurrence.
