Thanks for your question! We haven't officially tested it yet for Autocad 2021, but the format spec should still be unchanged enough that FME should be able to load DWG files authored in Autocad 2021 with either the DWG or the RealDWG readers. Please let us know if you run into any snags with it and I'd be happy to take a closer look.
