If you click on the little cog wheel icon next to a post there's an option to report the post to an admin. That's all we can do now I guess.

There was some fancy thing I thought was in place that was supposed to require moderation from all first time posters. I think this is a reasonable restriction and I'll ask what the status is.

We've engaged some additional protections. We'll see if we've thwarted them. But honestly I have trouble believing that FME users are a good target market for paper writing services or 16nm processors...
