I have a question about sketching up with FME. I have some points (shape file) with coordinate system. The points are the location of streetlights. I have the sketch up file (skp) of these lights and I would like to replace the coordinate of sketching files with the coordinate of points. However, I do not know how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Do you mean you want to export the shapefile points into SU Pro format?

No. I have a sketch up file which is a 3d of streetlight. I would like to give it coordinate system and this coordinate must be exactly same as shap file. However I don't know how to do it?

Hi

I believe SU Pro supports only WGS84 (LL84 in FME). You may need to re-project your data from your original coordinate system to WGS84 using the Reprojector transformer.
