I have a crazy question , is there any option to open .FME file and view the links.

can you describe your question a little bit more? What do you mean with '..and view the links'?

A .fme file doesn't have the same information as a .fmw - it isn't capable of being displayed visually in Workbench. The most you could do is open it in a text editor.
