Join poorly drafted lines

I hope someone can help me out. I have some curb lines that are poorly drafted. I tried to use Snapper (with various snapping tolerance ranging from 0.1 to 5) and then LineJoiner to join them together, but had no luck so far. I attached the file here so if you want to give it a try, please go ahead.

Try discarding any lines smaller than your tolerance before snapping and joining, this workflow produces a single line from your input file
