Is the FME File Geodb Open API the same as the GDAL OpenFileGDB driver?

Some features got invalid when using FME File Geodb Opeam API to import to PostGIS, while they are valid using the GDAL OpenFileGDB.

 

These features are arc circles. When using FME File Geodb Opeam API, these features become NAN, eg with some coordinates being null. Is there any way to fix this issue when using the ME File Geodb Opeam API to import to PostGIS?

I would imagine it is based of off the esri provided api - https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-desktop/data-management/file-geodatabase-api-details/
