I try to make pipes (for FME AR) from polyline (.shp) but unfortunately when I try to see them in 3D I see nothing (I see them in 2D). I use wgs-84. Should i change something?

What units are the INS_DIAM values in? If you're using LL84 degrees for your x and y coordinates 450 would equate to one-and-a-quarter times around the equator, way too big obviously.

You'd need to reproject your data to a more suitable local coordinate system and then I am assuming the diameters would be in millimeters (but check if there's metadata so you know for sure)
