How do I insert shp-data into specific cells in a excel template?

Hi,

 

We are collecting data with Esris Survey 123 and I would like to export the data within the shapefile (table) to specific cells within a excel template. With our gathered data we would like to make excel reports where different data ends up in different single cells within the worksheet.

 

Anyone who has a simple smart solution for this?

The best way I've found for this is to include 'named ranges' in your excel template file, which you can then specific directly in your excel writer to write to that specific cell. Eg. Sheet1/Data1. This tutorial outlines it pretty well:
