I'm processing very large datasets and don't need the "Reading source feature #" output every 2500 records. How do I change that setting? Same question with the "input features read" output. FME v2016.1

You can use the FME options to filter out the messages in the log:
If you uncheck Log Information the logfile will not contain the "Reading sourrce .." lines.
