Hi I have a GeoTif file and need to convert it to RAW format for import into Unity as a terrain. Anyone know how to do that? Tried different options but nothing seems to work.

Have you tried Esri .hdr RAW Raster? A unity raw file is just a BIL with one band.

Yes but it creates 3 files .bil, .blw, and hdr. But Unity will only recognise files with a .raw extension. Should I just be able to rename the file? And if so which one? I've seen a few examples where the translation is done with Photoshop which I don't have. So I need the output to be in the same format as whatever Photoshop will output.

Rename the bil to raw.
