Hello,

After reading a file geodatabse, I realized that for some fields are empty.

When reading the same geodabase in arcmap or in qgis, the fields are not empty.

What could be the reason and how to fix it?

Hi arthy, hard to answer without inspecting the data. Which reader are you using - Esri geodatabase (file geodb) or the Esri geodatabase (open api).

Hello @jamesb16otterill

I'm using the open api.

Few questions/things to test

  • what happens when you add the file geodatabase to the data inspector.
  • in data inspector, select a feature in the map preview or in the table. Examine it in feature information and see the empty fields. What data type is being interpreted?
  • under the reader you have options to expose attributes. Have you unticked any of these
  • how was the file geodatabase generated?
