DIsolving polygons produces some undesired lines on Polygon

I have two seperate features classes - holes and polygons. I simply want to merge them with disolve by grouping by a certain id. However output has lines at the border of the holes. How can i get rid of them?

Holes are brown and Polygons are pink in the pics
