DateTimeStamper only stamps the first item

Hi,

We have a problem with the DateTimeStamper in a workspace. The customer works in FME 2019.2.2 build 19817. As you can see from this screenshot it only stamps the first row with the date:

I've tried to rebuild the same workspace from scratch, but I cant reproduce the error. The customer still gets the error when he is trying. These are the Parameters for the DateTimeStamper:

Does anyone know where this error can come from?

I've added the workspace as well as the data as attachements.

I just tested the workspace with FME 2019.2.3.1 and cannot reproduce the error either.

My first recommendation to the user would be to delete the TimeStamper transformer and then re-create it again, just in case something got currupted in the transformer definiton.

If the problem persists, consider sending the workspace + log to Safe support.

Thanks David. Not been able to fix it yet. Will send over the workspace to safe.
