Live chat is definitely still available! Sorry to hear that you've been running into this message, we operate out of Surrey, Canada on Pacific Daylight Time. If you get the message during our open hours, it's likely that that live chat is a bit busier than usual and that all experts are full up on chats at the moment.

At those times, we'd highly recommend posting to the Forums first as you have done and then giving the Live Chat button another try a few minutes later. Since our Forums are full of amazing people from a wide variety of industries and all over the world, response times tend to be pretty quick!

Update: Yesterday was a stat holiday for us for Canada Day, so that may have been the reason you weren't able to connect with us yesterday. Sorry for the inconvenience!
