ChangeDetector updator updated port

Hi, so deployment day is here and we found that ChangeDetector doesn't output through updated port.

 

Yay! (not really :-))

 

The workspace we're using is matching on one attribute and checking for changes in another, but even though there are changes ChangeDetector only outputs one insert and one delete - no update.

 

FME 2019.0 (and 2019.2)

I guess that's what happens when you're not fluent in english (and hungry for lunch). There were 4 of us scratching our heads...
