We are attempting to use the Automations > Manage Automations as a built-in user, but when browsing to that page it is blank and there are no automations in the popup list. We've made the user a member of 'fmeadmin' and 'fmesuperuser' but it makes no difference. So far only the 'admin' account is able to Manage Automations.

What are the minimum permissions required for users to make this work?

Assuming the default security settings:

fmeauthor can edit the automations they've created (but not those of other users)

fmeadmin/fmesuperuser can edit and manage all automations

Thanks for the response. We are using the default security settings (as far as we know) but the behavior you describe is not what we're experiencing: neither fmeadmin nor fmesuperuser were able to manage all automations.

That's odd... It sounds like there might be an issue with the FME Flow database, we're currently supporting a client which has the exact opposite problem: a user is not able to manage the automations and schedules he made himself (despite being fmeauthor and owner of those items)

What version of FME Flow is this and is it a new install or an upgrade of an older one?

New installation of 2023.1.1.1
