No, but you can use the ArcGisOnlineConnector to upload files to AGOL.

@nielsgerrits Thank you so much! Looks like this transformer (safe.esri-agol-2.2.3.fpkg from https://hub.safe.com/publishers/safe/packages/esri-agol) needs to be downloaded from FME Hub. However, I cannot install it in my system, which displays "Lockdown malicious behavior" warning. This is the same problem that I get into when trying to install few other transformers from FME hub (example safe.microsoft-sahrepoint-1.1.6.fpkg). Do you have a solution on how to install such transformers? Thank you once again, Really appreciate your feedback.

What happens if you simply enter the name in the workbench canvas? In my case FME installs this transformer without issues.
@nielsgerrits
I can type in and get ArcGIS Online Connector but as soon I click it -starts installing but fails. Error details- "An error occurred while installing Python Package with 'pip install --force-reinstall --no-deps --no-index --find-links C: \\Users\\ ...\\...FME Package\\22765-win64\\PackageFiles\\safe.esri-agol\\python --target C:\\Users\\.....\\....\\Safe Software\\FME\\Packages\\22765-win64\\python\\safe.esri-agol --upgrade --no-compile fme-esri-agol' : Process crashed.

I'm afraid I can't help you with this. Maybe a permissions issue as it fails while installing the transformer. Do you have admin rights on you machine? Have you tried reinstalling workbench?
You probably want to submit a case.
What version FME do you use? What platform?

Hi @nielsgerrits Thank you! I appreciate your response. I use Safe Software FME 2022 version and I have admin rights. Look like my organization's firewall security is actually not letting it to get installed. So I have contacted the Network team.
