To rotate my maps in  a mapbookserie using ARcMap, i extract a angle using

oriented boundingboxes.

I use the option to use a attribute for the sides. It's an option in the transformer Boundingboxreplacer.

After chopping the boundingbox i use an expressionevaluator to test for

lenght of longest side = @Value(length). to acqurie angles of the longest sides.

Tester then said all failed???

So look at what fme does:

Up to four of the last digits appear different. Not one is the same. (only talking about those that should be the same angel of course.)

I assume that lenght() function is accurate. But what is up with the lengthcalculation of the BB-replacer.

And does this also occur in 2014 version?

This is in oriented mode BB_replacer mode, have not checked non-oriented.

( i now round the test to like 6 digits, its just for selection anyways)
