If you are using excel are you creating new columns or updating existing?
You need to reprioject the columns not the actual data set
Use the attribute reprojector

Yes, AttributeReprojector is the transformer to use. Reprojector expects a geometry, which will not be available in the Excel format. The best way is to copy the attributes into two new attributes first and then reproject the new attributes as they will be overwritten by the new value.
