I'm trying to change certain attributes of a dgn and then write back to a new dgn.
For example, I changed the insertion points of the cells using the attribute manager. Unfortunately, the changes are not written to the new dgn.
What could be the problem?

Another example. I have a cross cell.
The modified cell insertion point is still correct at the Attribute Manager exit and it is still one element.
In the newly written dgn, the cell consists of 2 lines which have a different insertion point. The new cross cell has a different location.
