How retrieve one value of one column /row from table 1 and get that into table 2 in which all rows get that one value?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to get the value of the first table (that only has one row with info about xmin, xmax, ymin etc.) into the 2nd table. The second table has more rows and my wish is to have all the rows in table to get the same value for e.g. xmin from the first table. However in the 2nd table only the first row gets the value of the first table, while I want to have all the rows the same value for that column. Does anyone how that might be achieved? In case my question is not clear, just let me know.
