Notes on FME and Esri Versions, doesn't mention ArcGIS Pro 3.0, which is being released soon.

Could you advise if 3.0 is support by 2022 and if not when this combability might be implemented?

We are targeting a future release of FME 2022.x to be compatible with ArcGIS Pro 3.0
The team is definitely preparing for the release of ArcGIS Pro 3.0. but right now we cannot guarantee the exact version of FME that will be compatible.
We'll be sure to update here when we can confirm the version of FME that is compatible with ArcGIS Pro 3.0.
