looking to id crimes using etherscan. first to prove where crypto assets are stored, then to id who's wallet or new public address it is stored to. need to parse/sort through parameters asking and answering questions relavent and maningful to each parameters...such as staking, contract, send to, etc. looking for help to do this manually, and then to build an app that does it automatically. not a fancy tool, but, a manually directed tool.
