I have input line data in EPSG:3857. And I break the line data into vertices and get points. (by Chopper)
Next, I use the MeasureExtractor tool in the hope of getting M - values.
However, the tool does not work and issues MISSING_GEOMETRY_MEASURE.
Tell me pls, how can I get m - values for vertex?

If you're line does not have a measure already you will need to generate one before chopping with the MeasureGenerator

I simulated your case creating a line with transformer Creator and Chopper.
A PointOnlineOverlayer was used before transformer MeasureGenerator.
