Have anyone tried FME Server on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 or 7? I see the official supported version is 5.

We have tested FME Server on Linux Redhat 6.2 64bit. No testing has been done Redhat 7 - most likely no problem but no guarantees
