Uploading Resources

When uploading a workspace to FMEServer and adding Resources I want to be able to NOT upload these when uploading another workspace to the same Repository. Ie I have some large LIDAR-files which several workspaces use. However I do not want to upload them once for each workspace. Is this possible?
