FME Server emailing issue

Hello!

I try to send the message in html formatted view. But I can do it without attached files only. I don't receive any notifications from the server if I try to send a notification with an attachment. Do you have any ideas where is the problem?

Hi @sega,

Please could you provide some additional information.

 

 

  • Just to confirm - you receive an email if there is no attachment? If there is an attachment do you still receive the email but the attachment just isn't there or is no email received at all?
  • How have you configured FME to send an email - using the FMEServerEmailGenerator transformer, an Email Subscriber or in 2019 within an Automation?
  • Where is the attached file located - does the account running FME Server Core/Engine service have permission to this location?
  • In Resources >Logs>Core>Current | Old >Subscribers is there any information or error recorded about the attachment in the fmeservercore_email.log
