Hi @ferminjavila,

You can use the transformer RastertoPolygonCoercer to extract vector from raster file.

If you have something like 'before' and 'after' imagery, you could try Change Detection with the RasterExpressionEvaluator in FME. Hopefully that article gives you a starting point!
