Does the FME AR app support animated 3D models?

I don't think so. The format used in the output .fmear package is an OBJ which doesn't support animation as far as I know.

In addition FME in general doesn't support animations even if the formats do. ​

Would be really cool though!​

Can any Safer tell us if the new usdz support of the FME AR 1.7 include the support for animated usdz?

I suspect this would be unlikely - FME still doesn't support animations so there would be no way to write one out as it wouldn't be read in. That doesn't mean though that you couldn't swap out a static model for an animated model indie the .fmear package.

I just wonder if the app supports animated usdz, on FME workbench side it is another story..
