The default position is center screen for the logo on server apps. I was wondering if it possible to move it left aligned for branding continuity

Unfortunately this is currently not available at the moment. There is currently an enhancement request for this functionality so hopefully we will see it soon. You can currently choose the location of the icon but not with the header image.
