yes... What OS would you recommend? CentOS7, WinServer2019, Docker? Will there soon be a version of FME Server for CentOS 8? Thanks.

The number one most important aspect for OS choice will be the formats you will have to work with, and I would recommend having a very thorough look at the support matrix by OS here for all the formats you will be using: https://www.safe.com/fme/formats-matrix/

Make sure to select the tab "Compare by platform".

This is because some formats require 3rd party libraries which may not be available on all architectures.
