is there online service to convert data with FME. We need it just time to time? API interface would be appriciated.

You can set up an FME Cloud on-demand instance, the on-demand option will let you start and stop it manually and it's billed by the hour. You would still need an FME Desktop license to develop and manage the workspaces though (or have somebody do that for you, at a price)
Hi, thanks for answer. But I am looking for some already running service. I will just make account, pay some credit and convert data through REST API.

If you really need a REST API, I think rolling out your own FME Cloud instance is the way to go.
