+5I am trying to allow other people to share to FME Server objects when they are not the owner. The documentation says that they need "Manage permission in Security", but I can’t see what that means!
The only thing I can see is the ‘Manage’ permission on ‘Security Configurations’. However neither my colleague or I have that permission and yet I can share objects I don't own, but my colleague cannot...

To be able to share items that you do not own, your user will need to have 'Manage' permission for 'User Management'. In older versions of FME this section was called Security, and it looks like this has not been updated in the documentation - I have made a request for this to be updated.
Please note this grants users access to manage all user permissions, so is probably something that should only be granted to Admininstrators. I'd encourage you to post an idea if you'd like the ability to share items that you do not own, without having full access to the user management page.
