Which transformer to use to count the number of joint between connected overhead line and underground cables in ArcMap?

Hi @Jeremiah Gbolagun​, assuming your input data are both lines, you can try using the LineOnLineOverlayer. Connect both your overhead line and underground cables data to the Line port and the output Points port should tell you how many overlaps there are. I hope this helps!
