The ArcGISOnlineConnector transformer should allow you to upload a zipped file geodatabase to ArcGIS Online. The transformer allows you to specify the user content folder you want the file to be uploaded to. There is a tutorial on using the ArcGISOnlineConnector that includes an example on uploading a file to AGOL in case it helps.
