Seeking Assistance with FMe Test Filter Challenges

I am new to FMe, and I am struggling with the Test filter. Here is what I'm trying to achieve:

1. If 'No_Feature' has both 'Insert' and 'Un' values, then it should pass.
2. If it only has 'Insert,' then it should pass.
3. If it only has 'Unchanged,' then it should fail.

I have tried everything, but I haven't been successful. Is there anyone here who can help me out?
