I can't open my profile and check my badges

Based on the unit of "Find Your Way Around the FME Academy"

"Show Off What You Know"

"You've worked hard to earn points and badges, and your profile is the place to show them off. Click your profile image in the top-right corner of Trailhead and click Profile to see all the badges and points you've earned so far, and a breakdown of skills you've learned."

 

However once I click the profile in the top right corner of trailhead, I can't click my profile to see the badges and points that i achieved.

 

Do anyone know the reason why please? Thank you

Hello @saraatsafe​ Thank you for your fast reply. However I assumed badges systems at FME academy and FME community are different? As number of badges (from Trailhead) increases after I completed each modules with a green ticks on. I have completed 14 modules on my FME academy but there is only 2 badges on FME community. My initial question is how can i see my achieved badges (from Trailhead) at FME academy please? As there is no profile button for me to  see all the badges and points I've earned so far. Hi @ingrid.tsoi​, so it seems that there isn't actually any way to see all of your badges; the only way to know is to look at the green checkmarks next to your completed modules. We're actually looking into moving to a new learning platform soon which will actually let you see your badges. Apologies for any confusion!

Hi @ingrid.tsoi​, you'll need to click on your profile picture from the FME Community (community.safe.com) and not from the Trailhead. Your Recognition Badges will then be on the right hand side of your profile. I hope this helps!
