Hello friends,

It's a new year but there's still unfinished business from the old one: it's the results of the 2019 Holiday Hackathon.

As noted before, I scaled it back a bit this time, so entrants were in it for the fun and what little glory they get from this post! But that didn't stop us getting six fantastic entries.

So without further ado, I announce that the winner is: National Hockey Ligue Visualizer by @philippeb

Second place was the Holiday Lights project by @gazza and then everyone else was close enough together to call them joint third place.

Well done everyone. I awarded you all the Hackathon badge and when I get some more tangible rewards, you're on my list! But I hope that most of all you'll bask in the respect and admiration of your FME peers, because these were some seriously good projects. Kudos to everyone who took part.

And to everyone else on the forum, happy new year to you all and here's to some great FMEing in 2020!

Wouhou :) I had so much fun developing this and I learned so much things! (others than my hockey team su...!)

Good job everyone and I hope to see you at the next Hackathon! (I already have an eccentric idea.)

For FME users I wish you and your hockey team the best for 2020!

I'd love to do the same for cricket, but I don't think there's a public API for that data. Oh well.
