Hello FME'ers,

For the quiz this week, I chose my colleague Iain McCarthy. Iain's job title is [quickly checks the Safe org chart] Director, Information Services. This means that's he ultimately responsible for all our IT operations, our web site development, our information security, our FME release processes, and all of our tools like the CMS and this knowledgebase.

That's a heck of a lot, and not much interaction with FME directly.

But... you remember that we use FME to power a lot of our internal systems ("eating our own dog food") and I happen to know that Iain is quite familiar with FME itself. So this might not be the easy win you are expecting!

So... let's see how Iain did, and how you do, shall we?

So I may have taken this quiz yesterday without checking for this post. Are those results still good?

Yes, that's still fine. It's just that Iain wouldn't have taken the quiz yet, so you didn't get the result in the response (it might have said you beat him, I don't know). But the results are in the database so it's all good.

No it didn't say we beat him. Though given the results table of 5/5/6 for those of us who jumped the gun, I have a good feeling about it.

Strange, I never got to see my result, only the "top ten so far" list (and I was not on it). Hopefully my answers still got recorded?

At least this way I won't see how badly I have performed!

Same here. Well, at least I know I didn't get a perfect score :P

Ah... I just noticed Iain entered a different username than I expected, so it wouldn't compare your scores to his! Rest assured that everyone's answers were recorded properly. But the final result might be a bit of a surprise then, if you don't know what he scored!
