FME Desktop 2020.1 terminates on FME options

Hi,

I notice since we have upgraded to 2020.1, when i try to access fme options, desktop teminates without warning or error

Tested it on Windows 1809 and 2004, have not tried Windows 7. So i am not sure if it is a bug?

On the same PC, i have FME 2019.2 installed - FME options works fine
