Im trying to double click and start a new FME desktop 2016.0 64 bit version.
It takes too much time at a point when there is a message loading transformers.
Is there any specific reason for it?
How can I overcome it?

I did not find any log created, but when I checked in task manager, it did show me FME desktop process running and was showing the memory usage.

Often this is because it is trying to get at a floating license server. Have you been using a floating license?
