Emailer issues FME 2020.1

Hello FMEr's around the world!

I am having an issue with the emailer in 2020. its rejecting the email for no reason that I can understand.

Below is a portion of the log and a picture of the error.

The error points to the port already being in use, which is a bit strange.

Can you share a screenshot of the Emailer properties?

Thanks for the quick response.

Unfortunately I cant as it contains sensitive information. I am guessing that my company has passed some security patches that has removed my permissions to that port.
