Just going through our upgrade to 2013 and 64bit.
We want to keep our server running while we upgrade.
Is it possible to upgrade our desktop to 2013 64bit from 2012 sp3 x86 even though it's installed on the same machine as a Server 2012 sp3 x86?

I can't answer definitively as I don't have Server, but I've had up to 6 versions of FME Desktop installed on the same machine before. I.e.:
2011
2011 64bit
2012
2012 64bit
2013 beta
2013 beta 64bit.
Worked fine all from the same hardware license (didn't even need to reset it or anything). Just be sure to install to different directories.
